What you’ll receive
- Weekly rhythm – Live morning meditation every Tuesday (8:00–8:30 CET). Each session has a new theme (calm, gratitude, self-compassion, resilience, etc.) and is recorded. As a member, you’ll have full access to all recordings — listen anytime, revisit your favorites.
- Monthly rhythm – Community Practice on the first Thursday of each month, guided by Beate Trück.
- Quarterly rhythm – Deep-dive masterclasses on topics like resilience, positive neuroplasticity, and self-compassion.
- Anytime support – Exclusive members’ library of guided meditations, micro-habit trackers, and reflection sheets.
- Member discounts – Reduced rates on retreats, workshops, and coaching (e.g. 15% discount).
