Meet your coach

Beate Trück, resilience coach, mindfulness trainer and director of Brussels Mindfulness, has extensive experience in MBSR, positive neuroplasticity, and leadership coaching. Her approach empowers clients to develop inner strengths that match their unique challenges, enabling them to thrive in both personal and professional life.

Additional Mentoring & Supervision: If you’re an experienced meditator or mindfulness teacher, Beate also offers mentoring and supervision to deepen your practice and refine your teaching skills.

Meet your coach

Session details

  • Duration: 50 minutes per session
  • Format: Online (Zoom) or in-person (on request)
  • Languages: English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish
  • In-person sessions available on Wednesday afternoons and other week days upon request

Flexible pricing options

Private Individuals: €299 for 3 sessions (VAT included, €247 excl. VAT) for online sessions

In-person sessions  €330  (incl VAT), extra 10€ per session to be paid in cash upon arrival


Organizations: €499 for 3 sessions (VAT included)

in-person €560 (incl VAT)

Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be cancelled / rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges
