A gentle, year-long support system for your well-being

Many people want to meditate more regularly, feel calmer, or bring more balance into daily life — yet it’s not always easy to stay connected to yourself on your own.

The Brussels Mindfulness Membership offers steady guidance, meaningful moments of pause and a warm community throughout the entire year.

It’s a simple way to support your mental and emotional well-being with practices that help you feel more grounded, clear and resilient — at a pace that fits your life.

What’s included in your Membership

A full year of online guidance, in-person connection and on-demand inspiration.

1. Weekly live meditations (online)

Every Tuesday morning, 08:00–08:30 CET

A short, refreshing practice to help you begin the day with more clarity and calm.

Each month has a new theme such as grounding, resilience, compassion or joy.

All sessions are recorded, so you can practise whenever it suits you.

2. Monthly community practice (in-person in Brussels)

A warm evening gathering once a month, with candles, tea and gentle practice.

A chance to pause, reconnect and feel supported by a caring community.

3. Quarterly masterclasses with Beate Trück (in-person)

Four deep, experiential sessions per year (2 hours each), exploring:

  • inner stability and emotional regulation
  • cultivating self-compassion
  • joy, gratitude and inspiration
  • shifting unhelpful patterns and building resilience

Grounded in neuroscience and full of practical tools you can apply right away.

Real and lasting well-being grows through small, regular moments of practice.

Short pauses calm the nervous system, strengthen inner resources and gradually shift unhelpful patterns.

The Membership offers you the three things that make consistency possible:

Price for the year-long membership

€499 for the year (incl. VAT – €412 excl. VAT)

This includes weekly sessions, in-person gatherings, masterclasses and access to over 300 meditations.

Practical information

Duration: 8 January – 31 December 2026. You can join later in the year — the fee remains the same, and you will immediately receive access to all previous recordings.

Format: Online + in-person sessions in Brussels

Location: Institute of Neurocognitivism, Avenue Tervuren 81, Brussels

Recordings: All online meditations are available afterwards in a members-only exclusive library hosted on our Podbean platform

You can join the Membership from anywhere in the world. 

The in-person sessions are optional but warmly recommended. Hybrid participation can be arranged upon request.

Monthly meetings

The monthly meetings take place on the first Thursday of the month, from 19.00 to 20.30 . You can find alle dates on this page. 

Morning meditations

The Tuesday morning meditations take place every Tuesday from 8.00 to 8.30, except during school holidays.

What if I miss a session?

All weekly online practices are recorded and can be watched anytime.

Do I need previous experience?

No. The Membership is accessible for complete beginners and offers depth for more experienced practitioners.

Can I join from outside Brussels?

Yes. You can fully benefit from the Membership online. The in-person gatherings are optional. Hybrid participation can be arranged upon request.

Is the membership refundable?

Once the programme has started, refunds are not possible. Please ensure you can commit before registering.

Can I join only part of the year?

The Membership is a full-year programme and is not available in partial versions.
