Dates in 2027: 14 January, 4 February, 4 March, 1 April, 13 May, 3 June, 8 July, 5 August, 2 September, 7 October, 4 November and 2 December

Your working day has ended, but your mind may still be answering emails, preparing meetings or looking after everyone else. When you carry considerable responsibility, it can be difficult to make space for yourself.

Our monthly community meditation evenings offer time to pause, notice how you are and reconnect with what you need. Through guided practice and gentle reflection, you can give yourself some attention and share an evening with others.

Come as you are. You are welcome to take part at your own pace, and sharing is optional.

Become part of a lively community

Led mainly by Beate Trück, senior mindfulness teacher and occasionally other teachers from the Brussels Mindfulness team, these sessions offer guided meditations, reflective talks, and time to share experiences. At the heart of this gathering is the Sangha—a community of like-minded individuals who come together to nurture mindfulness, awareness, and kindness in a warm and welcoming environment. Practicing in a group can deepen your experience and give you the encouragement needed to keep your practice alive.

From time to time the sessions will be led by other teachers of our team.
