6-week “Strong Mind” Course

The "Strong Mind" programme is designed to equip participants with six essential competencies for thriving in today’s fast-paced workplace:

Focus: In a world full of distractions, the ability to concentrate and be fully present is crucial for achieving success and maintaining high performance.

Resilience: Building resilience through self-care and effective stress management is key to preventing burnout and ensuring long-term wellbeing.

Emotional Balance: By becoming more aware of and learning to regulate emotions, participants can maintain clarity and emotional stability in both personal and professional situations.

Empathy: Genuine connections and kindness foster trust and create a human-centered work environment, where motivation thrives and fear-driven control diminishes.

Positivity: Practicing joy, gratitude, and contentment counters the brain’s negativity bias, leading to a more positive and fulfilling workplace and life.

The Strong Mind course includes:

  • A 1-hour introductory session
  • Personal intake via a confidential questionnaire
  • Six 1.5-hour weekly sessions
  • Online or in-person format, depending on your preference
  • Maximum of 12 participants to ensure personalized attention
  • Available in English, German, French, or Dutch

  • A comprehensive course manual with practical exercises for skill-building
  • Access to a dedicated webpage with downloadable meditations for each session
  • One 40-minute coaching session per participant to provide tailored support and deepen personal growth

Tailored Approach

The 6-week programme can be customized to meet your specific needs. You may choose individual modules or opt for a more modular approach. Participants are encouraged to practice between sessions, with opportunities to discuss their home practice at the start of each session, ensuring that skills are progressively integrated into daily life.

We can also incorporate body-based practices, tailored to the location and its facilities, when possible.

  • 6-week Positive Neuroplasticity Course: Focuses on reshaping the brain to foster positive thinking, emotional resilience, and a more optimistic mindset.
  • 6-week Heartfulness and Compassion Course: Cultivates heart-centered practices to develop deep compassion, emotional connection, and kindness toward oneself and others.
  • 12-week Resilience Course in modular structure to develop deep resilience for body and mind
