Course Details
- Dates: Wednesday afternoons, 15.00 to 17.00 CET, 25 Jan to 1 April
- Location: Timesmore, Boulevard Saint-Michel 47, Etterbeek, Brussels (Metro: Montgomery)
- Format: In-person sessions on Wednesday afternoons combined with online coaching via Zoom
- Course Size: small group of maximum 6 participants
- Course Teacher: Beate Trück, certified and senior Mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity trainer
Course Structure
- Full day 1: Saturday, 25 January 2026 – Day of Nourishment: Beginning Anew
- 6 sessions: Wednesdays, 15.00 to 17.00 CET, 19 February, 26 February, 12 March, 19 March, 26 March, 2 April (no session 5 March due to school holidays)
- Full day 2: Sunday, 16 March 2026 – Deepening Retreat Day
- Online sessions: two group coaching sessions (dates to be agreed) and two 40-minute individual coaching sessions scheduled flexibly.

Meet the teacher and coach
Introducing Beate Trück, an experienced mindfulness teacher, teacher trainer, supervisor and founder of Brussels Mindfulness. Beate has been certified as an MBSR teacher and is authorized to teach the positive neuroplasticity method by Dr. Rick Hanson. She's an accredited member of the international positive neuroplasticity network led by Rick Hanson. Furthermore, Beate has been trained as a trauma sensitive teacher and supervisor.
 
                            For whom?
This course is for individuals seeking personal growth, resilience, and a positive mindset shift—or wishing to recover from illness, burnout, or other life challenges. It’s ideal if you have previously taken a mindfulness or positive neuroplasticity course, or already practise meditation.

The location - a haven of peace and serenity
The course will take place at Timesmore, a beautifully decorated and spacious Maison de maître in the heart of Brussels (close to metro Montgomery). If the weather allows, we will do some outdoor practices in the beautiful and serene garden.
Herbal teas, coffee and healthy snacks are available during the sessions. For the lunch on the full days please bring your own meal.
