8-week mindfulness course (MBSR)
If you’re looking for a clear, step-by-step approach, this programme offers a strong and proven foundation.
Based on the internationally recognised Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme.
You’ll learn how to work with stress, steady your attention, and respond more consciously in daily life.
Our 8-week courses are offered regularly — online or in-person in beautiful locations in Brussels.
