Meet your Coach

Beate Trück, a resilience coach and the director of Brussels Mindfulness, brings extensive experience in mindfulness (MBSR) and positive neuroplasticity training. Her approach empowers clients by integrating mindfulness insights and practices into coaching sessions.

Additional Mentoring and Supervision

For experienced meditators or mindfulness teachers, Beate provides personalized mentoring and supervision to nurture personal growth and teaching strengths. This support focuses on your teaching, personal mindfulness practice, and its impact on daily life.

Coaching Sessions Details

  • Duration: 50 minutes per session
  • Format: Online via Zoom (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Initial Offer: A set of 3 sessions (extendable)
  • Languages: Available in English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, and Italian
  • Cancellation Policy: Sessions must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges

Flexible Pricing Options

Private Individuals: €299 for a set of three sessions (VAT included)

Organizations: €499 for a set of three sessions (VAT included)

These fees are for online sessions- for inperson we need to charge extra to include the rent of the room.
