Sound bath healing and yin yoga workshop

1 May 14.00 to 16.00 CET

with Anna Anna Ilkovics and Beate Trück

At People Planet Place, Brussels

Experience profound relaxation and self-care with this class. Begin with grounding mindfulness meditation, transition into gentle long held yin yoga poses which calms both body and mind, before immersing yourself in a magical sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and an enchanting wind gong.

This harmonious blend of practices is designed to release physical, mental and emotional tensions and blockages, leaving you feeling balanced, restored and relaxed.

What is sound bath healing?

Sound bath healing is a therapeutic practice where participants immerse themselves in the soothing sounds and vibrations of various instruments such as crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. During a session, participants lie down comfortably while the sound practitioner creates a symphony of sound, allowing the vibrations to wash over them. It's a gentle yet powerful  opportunity for self-care and rejuvenation.

Benefits of sound bath healing

This immersive experience promotes deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of inner peace. The vibrations produced by the instruments have been said to help balance energy centers in the body, release tension, and promote emotional well-being. Many people find sound bath healing to be a profound way to quiet the mind, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall mental and physical health.
