Below you can find a set of specific meditations for this course with our teachers.  You can:

We recommend downloading the files so you can use them anywhere and at any time, without having to be online. In order to achieve positive results, it is important that you practice at least once a day the meditation that corresponds to the session. These guided meditations are only intended for use by participants of the courses offered by Brussels Mindfulness. Please do not share them with others.
