8-week Mindfulness Course

The course dates are as follows: 28 January; 4, 11, 25 February; 4, 11, 18 and 25 March 2021 (no session on 18 February)

Course material

 Here you can find the link to the handbook that we will use during the course. We also recommend that you read the chapters in the book "Finding peace in a frantic world" by Mark Williams that you have received via email. 


Guided meditations

Via this link you can find the meditations that come with the book, recorded by Mark Williams. These meditations are between 9 and 15 minutes long. We recommend that you practice at least once a day the meditation that corresponds to the session.

If you like to practice meditations with our teachers you can find below a set of specific meditations for this course. These are generally a bit longer than the ones by Mark Williams.
