Guided meditations

Via this link you can find the meditations that come with the book, recorded by Mark Williams. These meditations are 9 to 15 minutes long. We recommend that you practice at least once a day the meditation that corresponds to the session.

If you like to practice meditations with our teachers you can find a set of specific meditations for this course below. These are generally a bit longer than the ones by Mark Williams. You can:
