Focused leadership programme

From fire extinguishing to focused leadership: leading from awareness

Instructions for use

Below, you will find the guided meditations for the focused leadership programme recorded by our trainers.

You can:

  • Play the guided meditations directly on this page by clicking the play button
  • Download them by clicking the download icon in the top right corner of the box

We recommended downloading the files so you can use them anywhere and at any time, without having to be online.

These guided meditations are only intended for use by participants of the courses offered by Brussels Mindfulness. Please do not share them with others.

You can also listen to some short guided meditations by Mark Williams from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre (author of the book "Finding Peace in a Frantic World"). We recommend starting with those, and if you have additional time to explore some of the others listed here below.
