Wake up and practise together

Morning mindfulness meditations offer a steady way to cultivate calm, clarity, and connection at the start of the day. These live online sessions take place every Tuesday morning at 8.00 CET and last 30 minutes, offering a gentle and grounding way to begin the day.

The sessions are held live via Zoom and are interactive, similar to an in-person meditation. You are welcome to ask questions, share briefly, or simply practise together in silence.

Each session includes a mix of gentle mindful movement and sitting meditation, with varying themes such as grounding, gratitude, loving-kindness, and calming practices. From time to time, positive neuroplasticity practices are included to support inner stability, ease, and emotional balance.

Practising regularly in a shared space can foster a sense of connection and belonging. You are welcome to join at any time — the group is open and accessible to all.

For whom?

These sessions are open to anyone who would like to begin or deepen a meditation practice within a supportive group setting. They are suitable both for people with prior experience and for those completely new to meditation, including those who may be considering a course in the future.

The morning meditations support you in:

  • establishing a regular and nourishing meditation routine
  • practising in a sense of shared presence and connection
  • feeling both relaxed and energised through a mix of movement and stillness
  • taking a pause from daily demands and resting in simple being
  • preparing for in-person days of practice or retreats

Practices are guided in a gentle and accessible way, with invitations to adapt, pause, or rest whenever needed.

Practicalities

  • Live meditation sessions every Tuesday, from 8.00 to 8.30 CET (except during holidays)
  • Sessions are held live via Zoom
  • Language: English
  • Upon registration, you will receive one Zoom link for all sessions
  • Each session explores a different meditation theme
  • Some sessions are uploaded to our Podbean channel for later listening

Flexibility

  • No upfront registration required — you can decide spontaneously whether to join (provided you have a valid pass)
  • You can start at any time
  • Please note that there are no sessions during holiday periods

The teacher

Beate Trück is a certified mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity teacher, teacher trainer, and supervisor. She is the Director of Brussels Mindfulness and has over 15 years of experience teaching mindfulness to international groups and organisations.

Beate is certified as an MBSR teacher by Arbor-Seminare (Germany) and trained in positive neuroplasticity with Rick Hanson. She is known for her warm, grounded, and creative teaching style. Occasionally, sessions may be led by another teacher from the Brussels Mindfulness team.

We offer a flexible system so you can join when it fits your schedule. If possible, we recommend making this a weekly habit to fully benefit from its effects. Please keep track of the number of sessions you attend and renew your pass when needed.
