Senior Mindfulness Teacher

Mindfulness allows me to know myself and my automatic reactions better. It has helped me to see that there are always different choices possible. It helps to create time to see things with more clarity, understand what’s happening and make better decisions. Mindfulness has meant a transformation for me, towards a more sensible lifestyle, more in line with my values and priorities. This transformation is still ongoing and will never end.

My basic degree is in Anthropology. I took additional training in public management at the Solvay Business School (ULB) and I am running the International Press Centre in Brussels since many years. I discovered mindfulness in a leadership development program. Now I’m a certified mindfulness teacher with a degree from the Free University of Brussels (ULB). I received teaching from Claude Maskens, Fabienne Bauwens, Edel Maex, Ilios Kotsou and Gwenola Herbette. I also completed the Master Class “Finding Peace in a Frantic World” with Chris Cullen at the Oxford Mindfulness Centre.

I have developed and lead training programmes based on mindfulness for executives of the Belgian federal administration in French and Dutch. I am teaching mindfulness at work sessions since multiple years.

I am Belgian, mother of three teenagers and married to a man who has five children. Life at home is intense, to say the least. Practising mindfulness helps me combine my private and professional life with joy.

Working languages: French, English and Dutch.
