Mindfulness has given me a way to bring more meaning to life and serve a bigger purpose.

Building on my experience in corporate life where I led teams across Europe, I focus on the topic of personal leadership. How can we reach inside to make better decisions when it matters most? How can we cultivate greater understanding, compassion, wisdom and responsiveness? And how can we do this at a young age?

I trained as a mindfulness teacher at the Flemish Institute for Attention and Mindfulness (I AM) and subsequently studied with leading mindfulness teachers such as Mark Williams, Christina Feldman and John Peacock. I’m also certified to teach at schools with the Oxford based “Mindfulness in Schools Project”, and I am a certified yoga teacher. I am one of the original co-founders of Brussels Mindfulness.

I enjoy discussing mindfulness and leadership and regularly speak at conferences and schools. Previous speaking engagements include the London School of Economics, the Wisdom 2.0 conference and the Intrapreneurship conference. My working languages include Dutch and English.

I am a Dutch national, have a Master in International Relations and live with my Romanian wife and three boys in Brussels.

Working languages: English and Dutch.
