Mindfulness teacher for open courses and organisations

With a master in comparative literature and anthropology, I started my career as a radio journalist in Paris, working for several international and German public broadcasters. A master in European studies brought me to Brussels, where I have been working in EU affairs ever since, currently as the head of public relations at Pearle.

My first encounter with mindfulness happened as a young working mum, when struggling to find a balance between family and professional life. My first 8-week course opened a whole world for me. Not only could I find a new approach to everyday challenges and how to handle stress, I also learned to calm down my inner critic and little by little, to be more compassionate towards myself.

In the following years, I became increasingly involved in mindfulness and completed a 2-year teacher training course at Brussels Mindfulness in August 2020. At the beginning of 2021, I specialised in with a teacher training course in mindful compassionate parenting. As a mindfulness teacher, I guide individuals in finding their inner strength, exploring better ways to respond to stressful situations and cultivating joy in everyday life.

I’m deeply interested in human relationships and love to be inspired by friends, travels, music, podcasts and nature. A German citizen and mother of two children, I’m living a colourful, multi-lingual, often turbulent and joyful life in the south of Brussels.

I teach in English, French and German.
