Want to increase your focus and wellbeing? Join our new mindfulness course starting on 30 January.

In our 8-week mindfulness courses we meet for 1,5 or 2 hours over the period of 8 consecutive weeks. In our modular workshops we offer the content of these 8 sessions in 4 workshops of 3 hours, with the key elements of attention management, emotional balance, energy management and stress management. We suggest a period of 2 to maximum 3 weeks in between those workshops, so that participants can deepen their learning and stay tuned on the topic. You can also add further workshops on the topic of mindful communication or compassion at work to deepen the content. You can find our brochure containing more information here.
