Bring yourself back in shape: Check out our online and inperson courses in the fall!

For the in-person course: You do not need any specific meditation material. We will be meditating on chairs, but you are welcome to bring your own meditation material if you wish to do so. In sessions 2, 3 and 8, we would like you to bring a mat for some lying down practices. Please bring your syllabus and a pen to every session.

For the online course: Please make sure you are in a room where you are not disturbed. We advise you to arrange for a comfortable sitting position and to switch on your camera so the other participants can see you. We would advise you print out the syllabus, so you can use it during the sessions. For sessions 2, 3 and 8 we would like you to arrange for a mat or blanket for some lying down practices.
