Want to increase your focus and wellbeing? Join our new mindfulness course starting on 30 January.

Part of our mission is to support a thriving community of mindfulness practitioners. Therefore, we provide several follow up activities such as the monthly mindfull happy hours, days of nourishment, weekend retreats and positive neuroplasticity training.

If you have followed an 8-week course and have an established meditation practice, you can also apply for the 2-year teacher training course which we organise every two years.
