In our 8-week mindfulness courses, we teach different attitudes and practices that help boost resilience. First you learn to regulate your attention, so that you worry less about the future or ruminate about the past. You also learn how to be less affected by difficult thoughts, regulate your emotions and cultivate a more balanced mind. Furthermore, you develop the capacity to become more relaxed and ground yourself, for example through mindfulness of the body and the breath. You learn how to be kinder to yourself, listen to and respect your stress symptoms and how to take better care of yourself.
