Deepening Mindfulness

For whom? You have done an 8-week mindfulness course before, or you already practise mindfulness or yoga by yourself. You have experienced that it's not always easy to make it a lasting habit, and you are looking for some support with that. Maybe you haven't practised for a while now and you would like to start again.

Or you'd like to grow your understanding of mindfulness and take a deep dive into the meditation practice. Or maybe explore a specific topic more in detail. Many good reasons to continue and develop your mindfulness practice.

Mindfulness is a journey that keeps deepening and developing. We are very happy to support you on that journey. Have a look at our follow-up activities.
