Learning Mindfulness

Do you sometimes feel like you are merely existing rather than fully living? You don't have to stay stuck in stress, worries, anxiety or exhaustion. Mindfulness offers a way out that can be mastered by everyone.

In the 8-week course, you will learn the mindfulness skills that will help you to have less stress, find more clarity and create the mental freedom to focus on the things that really matter to you. You will do this in a structured way, guided by experienced trainers and supported by a group of people who face the same challenges as you.
