Mindful yoga and meditation in the park
In person

Park du Cinquantennaire, Brussels

Mindful yoga in the park

Tuesday, 8 June, 18.30 to 19.30 CET

with mindfulness teacher Beate Trück

Join us for a nourishing yoga and meditation session in the heart of Brussels.

Meeting point is at the "Schuman"-facing entrance of Parc du Cinquantenaire as of 18.00.

We are so happy that we can finally meet again in person and to enjoy the nice weather with you.

Enjoy guided stretching and mindful movement and a relaxing bodyscan meditation in  nature, guided by an experienced mindfulness teacher and supported by a group of like-minded practitioners.

We will start at 18.30 on the meadow which is on the left side when you enter the park from metro Schumann.

The session will be led by Beate Trück, certified mindfulness teacher and founder of Brussels Mindfulness. After the session there will be possibility to have a drink at the Kiosk of the park and to share experiences with the participants of the session.

Benefits of the session:

  • refresh your mindfulness practice
  • release some tensions in the body and mind
  • relax and energize yourself
  • meet some fellow meditators.
  • meet a Brussels Mindfulness teacher

In order to guarantee enough distance the maximum number is set at 10 participants. Should there be more registrations we will have a second teacher and spread into two groups.

Please register via eventbrite to guarantee your spot.

Please only register if you are certain you will be able to attend. If for any reason you cannot attend please unregister as soon as possible. It will not be possible to attend this event if you have not registered beforehand.

We will meet if the weather is as follows:

- above 18 degree Celcius

- it is not raining.

If in doubt, stay updated on our website or Facebook page if the event will take place.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

For the Mindful Happy Hour we work with donations, in the Eastern tradition of dana or generosity. This is an important mindfulness quality and can be a practical exercise in letting go. Generosity is also a way of cultivating kindness. It creates joy, both for the giver and the receiver. We suggest a donation of €15 per person to contribute for the work of the teacher. You can make your donation at the event itself (please provide cash).

Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions. For administrative and practical questions, please contact info@brusselsmindfulness.be. For questions about our courses and events, have a look at our FAQ.

If you want to discuss something directly with the teacher, you can contact Beate Trück via beate.trueck@brusselsmindfulness.be.

Many thanks for your registration. We look forward to meeting you in the course.

"The 8-week course was a real eye opener. I loved the coach as well as the group. Everything was done in an atmosphere of compassion and understanding. I feel like now I have this big toolbox that I can keep developing and digging into when I face stressful situations."

"I highly recommend Brussels Mindfulness! The teachers and approach were the right balance of providing a conceptual understanding, hands-on practice, personal and peer reflections and dialogue to understand and integrate what we learnt into who we are and what we do. The impact has been immediate and keeps on going - it is an investment that positively affects the foundations of self and holistic wellbeing!".

"I am now meditating every day! I found the course a good balance of theory, practical and sharing vs actually meditating."

"High quality teachers and extraordinary communication and pedagogical tools (handbook, to-the-point emails, languages, knowledge..). Extraordinary mindfulness course which should be a must for everyone .... impossible not to like it! Mindfulness attitudes so much needed in hectic times.... and delicious raisins (you will find out why)!"
