Mindful yoga in the park

Tuesday, 6 July, 19.00 to 20.00 CET, with mindfulness teacher Beate Trück

Join us for a nourishing yoga and meditation session in the heart of Brussels. We are looking forward to meet in person again and to enjoy the nice weather with you.

Enjoy guided stretching, mindful movement and a relaxing body scan meditation in nature, guided by an experienced mindfulness teacher and supported by a group of like-minded practitioners.

We meet at the Parc du Cinquantenaire entrance facing the Schuman roundabout as of 18.30. We will start at 19.00 on the meadow which is on the left side when you enter the park from metro Schuman.

The session will be led by Beate Trück, certified mindfulness teacher and founder of Brussels Mindfulness. After the session there will be possibility to have a drink at the Kiosk of the park and to share experiences with the participants of the session.

Benefits of the session

  • Refresh your mindfulness practice
  • Release some tensions in the body and mind
  • Relax and energize yourself
  • Meet some fellow meditators
  • Meet a Brussels Mindfulness teacher

Please register via eventbrite to guarantee your spot.

Please only register if you are certain you will be able to attend. If for any reason you cannot attend, please unregister as soon as possible. It will not be possible to attend this event if you have not registered beforehand.

We will meet if the weather is nice (above 18 degree Celsius and it is not raining). If in doubt, stay updated on our website or Facebook page whether the event will take place.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

For the Mindful Happy Hour we work with donations, in the Eastern tradition of dana or generosity. This is an important mindfulness quality and can be a practical exercise in letting go. Generosity is also a way of cultivating kindness. It creates joy, both for the giver and the receiver. We suggest a donation of €15 per person to contribute for the work of the teacher. You can make your donation at the event itself (please provide cash).

Do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions. For administrative and practical questions, please contact info@brusselsmindfulness.be. For questions about our courses and events, have a look at our FAQ.

If you want to discuss something directly with the teacher, you can contact Beate Trück via beate.trueck@brusselsmindfulness.be.

Many thanks for your registration. We look forward to meeting you in the course.

"The 8-week course was a real eye opener. I loved the coach as well as the group. Everything was done in an atmosphere of compassion and understanding. I feel like now I have this big toolbox that I can keep developing and digging into when I face stressful situations."

"I highly recommend Brussels Mindfulness! The teachers and approach were the right balance of providing a conceptual understanding, hands-on practice, personal and peer reflections and dialogue to understand and integrate what we learnt into who we are and what we do. The impact has been immediate and keeps on going - it is an investment that positively affects the foundations of self and holistic wellbeing!".

"I am now meditating every day! I found the course a good balance of theory, practical and sharing vs actually meditating."

"High quality teachers and extraordinary communication and pedagogical tools (handbook, to-the-point emails, languages, knowledge..). Extraordinary mindfulness course which should be a must for everyone .... impossible not to like it! Mindfulness attitudes so much needed in hectic times.... and delicious raisins (you will find out why)!"
