Free mindfulness book and practice night  28 September 2023

with Beate Trück, senior mindfulness teacher

Have  you followed a mindfulness course or retreat with us and would you like to continue practising and reconnect with other practitioners? 

Join us for this practice session where we will meditate together and share the books we have been reading lately on personal growth, mindfulness and meditation. The event will be an occasion to boost you mindfulness practice and connect with like minded people aswell as get to know us in case you have not been with us before.

There will also be the opportunity for a bazar on the principle: give a book - take a book or to buy one in  the book shop.
