Guided mindful walk with mindfulness teacher Beate Trück.
25 July from 15.00 to 18.00.
Are you longing for a time-out, away from being online and at home? Take the afternoon off and join us on a beautiful guided walk filled with mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity practices. Enjoy good company of like-minded people keeping safe social distance and the pleasures of nature and movement.
In this walk, we will discover a hidden treasure just outside of Brussels – starting at the beautiful lake of Neerpeede in Anderlecht. We will be enjoying a guided walk with all our senses through beautiful summer meadows and fields. We will alternate between walking in silence, meditative stops, some mindful stretching and moments of sharing. We will tap into a restorative being mode by tuning in with sounds, views and smells. We will be enjoying summer meadows, fields with crop, cows, sheep, the sounds of birds, the beautiful sight of a lake, the smell of flowers and trees, the blue sky, clouds and notice how this can bring so much joy.
We will start at 15.00 at the Neerpeede lake in Anderlecht, in front of Chalet de la Pede. We’ll end at the same place.
You can either come by public transport (bus 46) or by car. There are several parking spaces around the lake.
For nature lovers, for those looking for good company and for those who want to take a moment off. Everyone is welcome, no prior experience of mindfulness is necessary.
