Our next 8-week mindfulness course will be an in-person 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course on Thursdays from 19.00 to 21.15 CET starting on 21 March 2024

- 19.30 – 20:15 Orientation for those already registered - to prepare and have opportunity for questions - it is recommended to attend this if you have registered for the course!
