Have you ever found yourself starting a new habit with the best intentions — only to see it fade away after a few days or weeks?
Many of us know what would be good for us — whether it’s meditating regularly, taking better care of our well-being, or creating small daily rituals — and yet find it difficult to stay consistent.
This small-group masterclass helps you turn insight into consistent lasting action — by building habits that truly fit your life.
It is also part of our membership — a space to reconnect, deepen your mindfulness practice, and feel supported by a like-minded community.
What you will gain
This session is designed to be highly practical — you will actively work on your own habits during the masterclass.
In this interactive masterclass, you will learn to:
- Understand why habits are often hard to sustain (and why this is not a personal failure)
- Learn the key principles of habit formation, grounded in neuroscience
- Discover how to design small, realistic habits that fit into your daily life
- Explore how to build or re-establish a regular mindfulness and meditation practice
- Identify and reshape one habit you want to change
- Experience short, guided practices to help anchor new patterns in the body
- Leave with 3–5 personalised micro habits that you can integrate immediately into your daily life
How we will work
This is an interactive and experiential session — not a passive lecture.
You will be guided through a combination of:
- short inputs grounded in neuroscience, mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity
- individual reflection and practical exercises
- gentle exchange in a safe and supportive setting
The focus is on real-life application — so that what you explore during the session can continue beyond it.
What we will cover
- Why habits fail: understanding the brain’s negativity bias
- The key elements of habits that stick (clear, realistic, rewarding)
- How to build sustainable meditation and mindfulness habits
- How to reduce friction and make habits easier to maintain
- The role of awareness and attention in lasting behaviour change
- How to build consistency without relying on willpower
This masterclass is for you if you:
- find it difficult to stay consistent with new habits
- would like to build or deepen a regular meditation practice
- want practical tools rather than theory
- lead a full and busy life and need realistic strategies
- appreciate a science-based and experiential approach
This may not be the right fit if you:
- are mainly looking for motivation or quick fixes
- prefer a purely lecture-style format without interaction
