Programme structure
This year-long programme combines in-person and online experiences, ensuring continuous support and deep engagement.
Included in the programme:
- 10 monthly in-person evening classes (Tuesday nights, 19:00 – 21:00)
- Quarterly 1:1 personal mentoring Sessions (online or in-person)
- 4 In-person daylong retreats in a beautiful Brussels location
- Free participation in our monthly In-person meditation classes (starting from enrolment!)

Who can join?
This programme is open to anyone who has previously completed a mindfulness or any other of our courses and is seeking a structured way to deepen their practice in a supportive community.
The location - a haven of peace and serenity
The full days take place at Timesmore, a beautifully decorated "Maison de maître" with cozy spaces and a lush garden. Weather permitting, we will incorporate outdoor practices. Delicious teas will be offered throughout the day.

Meet the teacher
Beate Trück is a certified and experienced mindfulness (MBSR) and positive neuroplasticity teacher, authorised by Dr. Rick Hanson. She is also trained in trauma-sensitive mindfulness and internal family system. She has led numerous retreats and courses for an international audience over the past years and is passionate about taking people on a deep journey. Participants like her warm and personalised teaching and many come back on a regular basis.
