1-day mindfulness retreat to pause and to nourish yourself from within
For everyone who would like to take a pause, reconnect with your body and find calm in the middle of the busyness of your life.
Do you feel exhausted from all the rushing? Come and take a break with us at our favourite location "the Abode" in Flemish Pajottenland, just 20 minutes outside of Brussels.
This one-day retreat will allow you to take a deep dive into mindfulness and help you to tap into your own sources of healing and nourishment. We will practice a mix of different forms of meditation, walks in nature and some mindful yoga, to bring your mind at rest and to tune into what really matters to you.
There will also be enough free time to experience the beautiful domain and the surrounding fields and to simply rest.
The day will mostly take place in silence, with English instructions given by the trainer.

The day will take place in "The Abode", a 200-year old farm in Sint Martens Lennik, just 20 minutes from Brussels.
The place is a haven of peace, with sheep and fields around it. The hosts, Inge and Hugo, who are passionate yoga teachers themselves, have restored the farm in a very authentic way and 100% energy neutral.
Around the farm there are many beautiful walks though the fields.
Tea, coffee and snacks are available throughout the retreat.
There will also be free time where you can either walk alone or rest in the spacious grange, the cozy living room or on the terrace next to the pond.
Arrival between 9.00 and 9.30.
9.30. - 11.00: Introductions, mindful yoga and opening meditation
11.00 - 11.20: Coffee break
11.20 - 12.30: Mindful walking and sitting meditation
12.30 - 13.30: Silent lunch
13.30 - 14.30: Mindful walk in nature using all senses
14.30 - 15.30: Sitting meditation & reflection
15.30 - 15.45: Tea-time
15.45 - 16.30: Mindful stretching, relaxation and closing session
16.30 - 17.00: Departures
Beate Trück is managing partner and trainer at Brussels Mindfulness. She is an experienced and certified mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity trainer, and has given many retreats to an international audience over the past years. Participants like her warm and inclusive style and some of them come back regularly to her retreats.
Full day on Sunday 1 July 2018 with coffee breaks and snacks included: € 95
Please bring your own lunch and - if you wish - something to share with the group. There is a refrigerator at the location where you can store your food until lunch time.
