Community practice: A monthly live meditation session

Every first Thursday of the month, led by senior mindfulness teacher Beate Trück

Sometimes, staying consistent with a meditation practice can feel challenging. Life gets busy, and it’s easy to lose touch with the quiet space we create for ourselves. That’s where Community Practice comes in— a monthly opportunity to reconnect with your mindfulness journey in the supportive presence of others.

Become part of a lively community

Led by Beate Trück, certified mindfulness teacher and director of Brussels Mindfulness, these sessions offer guided meditations, reflective talks, and time to share experiences. At the heart of this gathering is the Sangha—a community of like-minded individuals who come together to nurture mindfulness, awareness, and kindness in a warm and welcoming environment. Practicing in a group can deepen your experience and give you the encouragement needed to keep your practice alive.
