Reclaim your energy: A day of self-care and renewal
with senior mindfulness teacher Beate Trück
Do you often feel drained by the endless demands of work, family, and daily responsibilities? You juggle tasks, care for others, and try to keep everything running smoothly—but at what cost? If your own well-being is always last on the list, this workshop is for you.
Burnout doesn’t happen overnight—it builds up when we ignore our own needs for too long. Without conscious self-care, we risk exhaustion, overwhelm, and emotional depletion. Just like a car needs fuel, we need to replenish our energy—again and again—before we run on empty.
Beyond quick fixes: Discover authentic self-care
Self-care isn’t just about bubble baths and occasional breaks. True self-care means understanding what genuinely nourishes you—beyond external circumstances. This practical workshop (in English language) will help you develop practical, sustainable habits that fit your life, no matter how busy you are.
