As of January 2018, a new cycle of 8-week mindfulness courses will be organised at the European Commission in Brussels and in Luxemburg, and delivered by the trainers of the Brussels Mindfulness Institute.
These courses are accessible to all staff members of the European Commission.
Mindfulness is a science-based and down-to-earth way to deal better with stress and create more mental space and clarity. So you can live your life – at home and at work – more consciously. A fuller and richer life. More open, more relaxed and more balanced.
Both in Brussels and Luxemburg, there will be 2 parallel courses held in English with the same programme. You register for one of the courses but when you cannot make it to one of the sessions, you are welcome to join the parallel session in the same week.
To allow you to experience what mindfulness is, we are organising free 1-hour-workshops from 12:30 to 13:30 on the following days:
- Brussels – European Quarter: Thursday 14 December 2017 – with Jeroen Janss, in Rue de la Science 11, meeting room Stadis (SC11, 1/43 HR).
- Brussels – Beaulieu site: Tuesday 12 December 2017 – with Steve Savels, room to be confirmed.
- Luxembourg – Cloche d’Or: Friday 15 December 2017 – with Berenice Boxler, in ARIANE (400, route d’Esch), room ARIA 00/A075 VIDEOCONF (26P).
- Luxembourg – Kirchberg: Friday 12 January 2018 – with Berenice Boxler, in T2 (1-7, Boulevard Pierre Frieden), room T2 – 01-B134.
