Flexible 8-week Mindfulness Courses

  • How to be more focused on what you are doing and finding more calm and clarity in doing so.
  • How to balance your time and energy so you can appreciate and enjoy life and work again.

The 8-week programme

In this training programme you will learn to integrate mindfulness skills in your (busy) daily life.

  • 8 weekly group sessions of 2 hours.
  • Flexible programme, adaptable to your agenda.
  • Comprehensive manual with handouts and worksheets, and audio downloads to support your practice.
  • Lots of practical exercises to build mindfulness into your daily schedule without needing to invest extra time.
  • Programme based on the scientifically validated standard mindfulness programmes (MBSR/MBCT).
  • Courses led by experienced and certified mindfulness trainers.
  • Beautiful and convenient locations, easy to reach with public transport.

All our courses are given in English or French.

Flexibility: switching between parallel sessions per week

Parallel courses are offered simultaneously by different trainers on different moments in the week.

You register for a specific day but whenever you can’t make it to a session you can switch to another day that same week. In this way, you will be able to participate in as many sessions as possible and still be able to manage your other responsibilities in a flexible way.

The groups will consist of minimum 8 to maximum 20 participants.

Extra: combine the course with a Day of Mindfulness

In order to deepen your understanding of mindfulness, and integrate it even more deeply into your daily life, you can combine the 8-week course with a Day of Mindfulness.

These days usually take place on Sundays, on a beautiful and tranquil location outside of Brussels.

A mix of different forms of meditation, walks in nature and some mindful yoga will be offered to bring your mind at rest and to tune into what really matters to you.

If you combine a Day of Mindfulness with the 8-week course, you get it at the reduced rate of € 100 instead of the full rate of € 115.

Upcoming courses


The summer intensive course is ideal for people who have no time to commit to 8 weekly sessions, and would therefore like to follow the programme in a more intense format.

We offer the 8-week-programme in 4 days, with 2 sessions per day, from 10.00 to 16.00, over the course of two weekends. The course will take place at the beautiful domain of “Chant d’Oiseau” in Woluwe-Saint-Pierre (Brussels).

There will be also some free time to enjoy the beautiful garden of the domain and to relax.

We will support you for a longer time after the course, to help you integrate mindfulness into your daily life. During 8 weeks, you will receive follow-up support by email, with extra tips, reminders, …
