In this training programme you will learn to integrate mindfulness skills in your (busy) daily life.

All our courses are given in English or French.
Parallel courses are offered simultaneously by different trainers on different moments in the week.
You register for a specific day but whenever you can’t make it to a session you can switch to another day that same week. In this way, you will be able to participate in as many sessions as possible and still be able to manage your other responsibilities in a flexible way.
The groups will consist of minimum 8 to maximum 20 participants.
In order to deepen your understanding of mindfulness, and integrate it even more deeply into your daily life, you can combine the 8-week course with a Day of Mindfulness.
These days usually take place on Sundays, on a beautiful and tranquil location outside of Brussels.
A mix of different forms of meditation, walks in nature and some mindful yoga will be offered to bring your mind at rest and to tune into what really matters to you.
If you combine a Day of Mindfulness with the 8-week course, you get it at the reduced rate of € 100 instead of the full rate of € 115.
